1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Simple Pain Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Intellectual Property

All content within the app—including logos, designs, puzzle structures, and source code—is the property of The Roads Less Traveled. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

3. User Data & Responsibility

• Local Storage: This app uses IndexedDB to store data directly on your device. We do not maintain server-side backups.

• Data Loss: You are solely responsible for the safety of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, app deletion, clearing of browser cache, or OS updates.

• Accuracy: While we provide weather data based on your location, we cannot guarantee the 100% accuracy of third-party weather information.

4. In-App Purchases (Google Play)

• Full Version: Upgrading to the "Full Version" is a one-time purchase processed via the Google Play Store.

• Refunds: All financial transactions are handled by Google. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play support and are subject to their specific refund policies.

5. Advertisements (Free Version)

The free version of the app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We do not endorse the specific products or services advertised, and we are not responsible for the content of those advertisements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Roads Less Traveled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. The app is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
